Section 1 Collection of personal data

(1) This policy explains how personal data is collected within our services. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, including name, address, email address and user behavior.

(2) If you contact us by email or form, we store the information you provide, including name, email address, phone number and voluntary details, to process your request. We delete it when no longer required or restrict processing if statutory retention duties apply. If no contractual relationship results, form data is deleted after no more than four weeks. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR.

Section 2 Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The competent authority for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Section 3 Data collected when using our services

(1) When you use the website for information only, we collect the data your browser transmits that is technically required to display the website and ensure stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

(2) Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They cannot execute programs or transfer viruses. Non-essential cookies are used only with your express consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

(3) Our consent banner informs you about cookies and obtains consent. You may change or withdraw your settings at any time.

Section 4 Cookies and consent management

(1) Our website is delivered through cloud hosting infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare. Technically necessary connection and log data may be processed to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently. We use a consent banner integrated into this website to obtain and manage consent. The legal basis for technically necessary processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; consent management is carried out to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

(2) Non-essential cookies and services, especially marketing and analytics services, are loaded only after consent. Consent can be changed or withdrawn for the future at any time.

Section 5 Objection or withdrawal of consent

(1) You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal affects the lawfulness of processing only from the time it is communicated to us.

(2) Where processing is based on a balancing of interests, you may object to the processing.

Section 6 Community and training platform, Circle

(1) We use Circle, provided by CircleCo, Inc., 228 Park Ave S, PMB 52933, New York, NY 10003, USA, for our community and AI coaching services at training.sandt.ai.

(2) When you create an account, Circle processes details such as name, email address, profile data, posts, comments and reactions so you can use the platform. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for voluntary information, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

(3) Circle may send information and training updates during membership. These emails can be enabled or disabled in Circle notification settings.

(4) Circle also processes data in the United States based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See Circle's privacy information for EU users or contact legal@circle.so.

Section 7 Payments, Stripe through Circle

(1) Paid services are processed through Circle using Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.

(2) Required payment data such as name, email address, payment and transaction information is transmitted to and processed by Stripe. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Section 8 Google services, Analytics, Ads, Remarketing and YouTube

(1) With your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we use services from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Remarketing and YouTube, to analyze website use, optimize advertising and provide video content.

(2) Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website use. Information is generally transferred to and stored on a Google server. IP anonymization is enabled so IP addresses are shortened within the EU.

(3) Google Ads conversion tracking and Remarketing help measure advertising success and display interest-based advertising on other websites.

(4) Embedded YouTube videos use enhanced privacy mode. Data is transferred to YouTube or Google only when a video is started. YouTube may also be used for advertising.

(5) Transfers to the United States may occur based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Consent can be withdrawn through the consent banner. See Google's privacy policy.

Section 9 Meta Pixel, Facebook and Instagram

(1) With your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

(2) It helps us understand behavior after a visitor clicks a Meta advertisement and measure advertising effectiveness or show interest-based advertising.

(3) Data may be transferred to Meta in the United States based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Consent can be withdrawn through the consent banner. See Meta's privacy policy.

Section 10 TikTok Pixel

(1) With your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we use the TikTok Pixel from TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland, to display personalized advertising and measure its effectiveness.

(2) Processing may involve transfers outside the EU based on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Consent can be withdrawn through the consent banner. See TikTok's privacy policy.

Section 11 Social media links

Our website links to profiles on social networks such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Data is transferred to the respective provider only when you actively follow a link. The provider is responsible for processing there.
