Section 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Andreas Ebert UG (limited liability), Junghofstraße 5, 60315 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, hereinafter the Provider, and its customers, hereinafter the Customer, concerning paid AI coaching offered through sandt.ai and the Circle platform at training.sandt.ai, and provided primarily online.
Section 2 Subject matter
(1) The Provider supplies a digital coaching service including access to the Circle community platform, regular live sessions, instructions and materials, and instruction files for setting up personal AI coaches.
(2) As a rule, one live session takes place per week. There is no entitlement to a specific day or time. A cancelled session will be rescheduled.
(3) The AI coaching is intended for personal development and self-reflection. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. No guarantee of success or specific outcome is given.
(4) Customers need their own account with an AI provider such as OpenAI, including ChatGPT, or Anthropic, including Claude. Provision, availability and any costs of that account are outside the Provider's responsibility and are not part of the contractual service.
Section 3 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the Customer books the AI coaching for a fee through the platform and the Provider confirms the booking or activates access. By booking, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Section 4 Term and cancellation
(1) Membership is concluded as a monthly subscription and automatically renews for another billing period unless cancelled.
(2) The Customer may cancel at any time through the Billing section of the platform profile settings. Invoices can also be viewed and downloaded there.
(3) After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. No pro-rated refund is issued for the current period.
Section 5 Prices and payment
(1) The price shown on sandt.ai at the time of booking applies. All prices include statutory VAT.
(2) Payment is made in advance for each billing period. Payments are processed through Circle using Stripe.
(3) The Provider may adjust prices for ongoing memberships. Customers will be notified in text form at least six weeks before a change takes effect. Customers who do not agree may cancel when the change takes effect. Continued use or failure to object constitutes acceptance, provided the notice explains the right to cancel and the consequences of the Customer's conduct.
Section 6 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, notify Andreas Ebert UG, Junghofstraße 5, 60315 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email mail@andreasebert.io, by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
Sending the notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will use the same payment method as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Early expiry
Your right of withdrawal expires early if performance has begun after you expressly agreed that performance should begin before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Section 7 Use of content and confidentiality
(1) Customers receive access to protected digital content including videos, instructions, instruction files and knowledge bases. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced or published.
(2) Live sessions and group content are strictly confidential. Recording sessions and sharing other participants' conversation content with third parties are prohibited.
Section 8 Liability
(1) The Provider assumes no medical, therapeutic or economic liability. Customers are responsible for implementation and results.
(2) No promise of healing is made and no relief or cure of symptoms is guaranteed.
(3) Liability is unlimited for injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Section 9 Governing law and final provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, a special fund under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Frankfurt am Main is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
(3) If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
